Flow is a high-performance state most often associated with athletes “being in the zone.” I became fascinated with the concept of Flow and how it could relate to starting a company, being a founder, and creating products. I’ve had the privilege of being part of starting seven companies and building countless products over time and now as Principal at the software product and data consulting firm, AWH. I’ve identified the key attributes, timing, and mixture to give yourself, your company, and your product a better chance of succeeding by achieving Flow to make the process easier and more efficient.
