Mr. Orr is responsible for the underwriting and administration of equity and debt investments to growth oriented operating companies located in strategic economic development zones with an emphasis on financings in the states of FL, OR, IL, UT, NE, and OH. Mr. Orr is a product expert with Federal and State New Market Tax Credit investments. Mr. Orr currently is co-responsible for the origination and underwriting for Stonehenge’s $25MM Ohio Rural Investment Fund, an approx. $30MM small business Utah Fund, and a $10MM Nebraska business fund. Prior to Stonehenge, Mr. Orr worked as a manager of a venture backed start-up operating in the corporate procurement space. His background also includes experience as a financial analyst with Procter & Gamble. Mr. Orr earned his BS in Finance from The Ohio State University, where was a commended Evans Scholar.
